Exchange and Refund Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. Che’l will gladly accept returns within 7 days upon order receival for an exchange for items under the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with label still attached.
  • Item is not in the non-returnable category such as beauty products, essentials, innerwear etc.
  • Customers are allowed to exchange one time only to different size or colour (same design only).
  • If you have received defective or wrong items, let us know at thechelgroup@gmail.com for us to sort it out soonest for you.
  • Wrong washing, storing or ironing method which may cause product damage will not be entertained.
  • Item is not from orders utilising non-returnable coupon codes.

Can I receive a refund?

  • Strictly NO REFUND
  • NO REFUND on any defective items. We will do exchange only.
  • NO REFUND on change of mind (not liking the item).
  • NO REFUND if you make a purchase using ATOME.
